The Breaking Point
As the agency grew, so did the workload.
Sales calls didn't stop. Client onboarding piled up. Funnels, automations, and tech builds demanded constant attention.
Delegation wasn't optional anymore. It was survival.
So we did what most agency owners do. We tried hiring help.
What Didn't Work
We went through every option on the market.
